You don't wait to be handed a problem, and you don't wait for permission to fix one. See a clunky flow, a stuck seller? It's yours. You don't need a mandate to work outside your lane. Engineers jam on ops, ops people ship features, nobody's precious about whose job it is. The only rule is you finish what you pick up. We hire owners.

We measure actions. A seller flags something mid-stream and the best version of us has shipped the fix before the stream's even over. The instinct is always: do the thing now, tighten it after. Speed is the whole game.
