An Adidas X Missy Elliot ‘Respect Me’ track bomber constructed in a high-shine satin effect fabric, constructed with ribbed panelling at the neck, hem and extended cuffs on the sleeves. The jacket blends a classic sports-wear silhouette with military-chic details, with a cropped fit and panelling that creates an interesting and elevated silhouette. Rich Gold enraged hardware contrasts against the tonal colourway, with press buttons added to the cuffs, adjustable panelling at the hem fastened with matching buttons and an ornate crown zipper pull. Tonal three stripes line the arms, while the back is dominated by a large rhinestone RESPECT ME and crown motif. The Respect Me line, launched in 2004, emerged in light of Missy Elliot’s customisation of adidas for her personal collection; turning tracksuits into something hyper-feminine and theatrical.
